| This is the Ahnentafel of my paternal grandmother, Maria Lamberta Moolenaar. She was born and lived in Amsterdam.
Her mother's side of the family is also from Amsterdam. Her maternal grandfather (Jelle Molenaar) and his family are from Friesland.
Her father's side of the family is almost exclusively from Zandvoort, Noord-Holland. Some of the other surnames you will find in this ahnentafel are: Draijer, van Duijn, Groen, Kerkman, Keur, Koning, Koper, Kraaij, van der Mije, Paap, Schilpzand, van der Schinkel, Snijer, Zwemmer. A lot of the information was gathered from various genealogy websites and on-line archives. Most notably the Gemeentearchief Amsterdam; Noord-Hollandsche Huwelijcken; The homepage of Family Wijngaard; The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints; TRESOAR; GenLias as well as several others. I would also like to give a special thank you to Jan Brul who searched the Amsterdam archives for me and made copies of records for the family of Jan Moolenaar.
